- Blockchain NFTs: Purchases of NFT-linked jewelry include a non-transferable license to associated digital art.

- Virtual Try-On: Our AR tool uses anonymized camera data; we do not store facial recognition data.
- AI Recommendations: Style suggestions are algorithm-generated and not guarantees of suitability.

- Recycle Program: By returning old jewelry, you confirm ownership and release liability for recycled items.

- Resell customized jewelry as mass-produced designs.
- Use automated bots for scraping data or disrupting services.

- Product Use: Pierced jewelry (e.g., ear cuffs) must be sanitized per instructions; we are not liable for allergic reactions.
- "As Is" Basis: While we ensure quality, occasional variations in gemstones or handcrafted items may occur.
